QR8006A is a compound chemical matting agent based on acrylic resin. It can provide better mechanical properties, excellent leveling and excellent resistance to yellowing in powder coatings. It has a good matting effect in the resin of 50/50~60/40

2． 產(chǎn)品特性
l The dosage of QR8006 is 3-5% of the total formula of powder coating, which can provide a minimum gloss of about 2%. This product is more suitable for powder coating with 2-40% gloss.
l The selectivity of resin is relatively small, and the formulation should be based on specific experimental results.
l Curing conditions were 190℃/15 min or 200℃/12 min
